• We do not rent to people under the age of 21.

• People under the age of 21 are not allowed without being accompanied by an adult.

• Your dog is welcome. It has an additional charge of $ 10.

• Quiet time between 00:00 and 07:00 am.

• There cannot be a greater number of guests in each apartment than the maximum occupancy of this property.

Interaction with guests

I will be available on the platform via text only, as I speak Spanish and use a translator.

Upon entering the hotel, go to the owners' desk located on the right. Check in and pay the Resort Fee and Valet Parking according to the number of days rented.

They will provide you with the electronic bracelet for the apartment and the beach bracelet.

Fees:

- Resort Fee: $40 per day (discounted for stays of 7 days or more)
- Valet Parking: $35 per day (discounted for stays of 7 days or more)

Check-out: Please note that check-out must be before 11 a.m., as entry cards to the apartment will automatically be deactivated after the check-out time.
