The neighbourhood

Walks on the beach, beautiful sunsets, bike rides (rented on the beach), and water sports are some of the activities you can enjoy on Hollywood Beach.
It is a clean and wide beach, with sports sectors and other quiet ones.
On the boardwalk, you’ll find a great variety of restaurants, cafes, live music, and shops just at your doorstep and almost on the beach.
It is a very safe neighborhood, where people come to relax from the city and everyday life.

House rules

• We do not rent to people under the age of 21.

• People under the age of 21 are not allowed without being accompanied by an adult.

• Your dog is welcome. It has an additional charge of $ 10.
Ask us about extended stays.

• Quiet time between 00:00 and 07:00 am.

• There cannot be a greater number of guests in each apartment than the maximum occupancy of this property.

✅ Beach service: Includes 2 lounge chairs. Beach umbrellas are available for rent or feel free to bring your own.
✅ Pool policy: Outside drinks are not allowed. Only beverages purchased at the resort can be consumed in designated areas. Drinks must always remain near your chair or umbrella (not poolside).

⏰ Check-in time: From 4:00 PM onwards.

⏳ Early Check-in (subject to availability):
- 8:00 AM – $100
- 12:00 PM – $50
Payment via bank transfer or our platform. Please request in advance.

⏰ Check-out time: 11:00 AM
⚠️ After this time, your electronic card will automatically deactivate.

⏳Late Check-out options:
- Until 3:00 PM – $50
- Until 6:00 PM – $100

ADDITIONAL RESORT FEES (Paid at Check-in)

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: These fees are mandatory and paid directly to the building at check-in.

• Resort Fee: $40/day per apartment, includes:
- Beach service (2 lounge chairs per apartment per day).
- Pool, sundeck, and jacuzzi access.
- Free Wi-Fi throughout the resort.
- Ice vending machines in hallways.
• Registration Fee: $50 (one-time charge)
• Parking Fee: $42/day (discounts for extended stays)

⚠ Parking is mandatory if using the resort’s valet service. Alternative parking is available outside the complex.
